Research Project “The importance of The Performance Appraisal Systems” involves participants who are not vulnerable or unable to give informed consent as the research participants are all above 21 years old. The research is designed not to discriminate participant by gender, their age or the number of years working in the same company.
The research questionnaires will be offered to participants depending on their grade or position in the company e.g. the employees who are not in the grade or position to have access to Performance Appraisal Systems will not be offered to participate. Since serious ethical implications can be provoked by not getting the permission of the participants the research will only be completed after permission is negotiated and the research subject discussed. Being aware that ethical issues may arise in various ways, the nature of the research, method of sampling and what is to be done with the information collected would be presented to the participants before their acceptance is taken. In consideration of participants desires their names will not be required for the research questionnaires. Since the value of “The importance of The Performance Appraisal Systems” research has its fundamentals in collecting correct and reliable information from the participants, their names are not significant and will not be used...
